Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for career starters or lateral entrants to establish a foundation in the IT industry, providing essential onsite technical support within a banking group in Frankfurt am Main. The primary focus involves diagnosing and resolving issues and change requests within Windows 10 infrastructures and the Office 365 environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer incident reports received via phone, email, or ticketing systems, ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for creating, managing, and thoroughly documenting all incidents and corresponding solutions within the ITSM tool. This position offers an unlimited contract and the potential for permanent employment, providing a secure and stable work environment with predictable working hours and excellent connectivity to public transport.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Merchant, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician) or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT Support (alternative to formal education)
  • Practical experience using ticketing systems or documentation systems
  • Experience in the area of remote support
