Join the Stadtwerke Augsburg Holding GmbH as an IT Systems Specialist focused on operating and developing central systems for traffic control centers. In this critical role, you will plan, budget, and lead mid-complexity projects within the transportation sector, ensuring the continuous operation and security of central systems and software components. Day-to-day tasks include managing the meshed corporate network, including the geo-redundant backbone, and maintaining IT security using tools like CheckPoint Firewalls and Veeam Backup. You will also be responsible for operating the city-wide public WLAN infrastructure (at stops, in buses, and trams) and coordinating external service providers. This position requires a background in IT system integration or Computer Science, strong knowledge of data center and network operations, and familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Patch Management (WSUS).
