Job Summary

Join the swa Netze GmbH team in Augsburg as a Device and Data Management Specialist, contributing to the energy and mobility transition by managing IT systems and technical tasks related to intelligent metering. This role involves supporting system-technical functions such as order creation and fault resolution for smart metering systems, and working independently within IT platforms for remote meter reading (NeDaS, Niota, etc.). You will handle system-technical issues across all sectors of metering in SAP device management, conduct system tests during release changes, and coordinate inter-team processes to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has completed IT or commercial training, possesses a strong aptitude for quickly grasping IT systems and processes, and is proficient in MS Office (365).
