This role involves integrating and maintaining critical IT components for a leading educational institution in Heidelberg. The IT Specialist will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Windows Server systems, Firewalls, Switches, and Routers, ensuring the stability and security of the entire IT infrastructure. Key daily tasks include managing user accounts, licenses, and rights within Active Directory and Office 365, performing troubleshooting and error diagnosis, and documenting all processes via a ticket system.
