Job Summary

This role is for a Development Engineer specializing in Control Systems, focusing on the guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) of guided missiles. Key responsibilities include creating simulation models, developing complex control algorithms using methods like Extended Kalman Filter (EKF), H∞-control, and Sliding Mode Control, and implementing these algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink. The engineer will also participate in the operational implementation, integration, and flight testing of the developed algorithms, alongside creating technical concepts and specifications. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering, possesses expertise in system dynamics and simulation techniques, and is proficient in both German and English, as German is the primary working language.
