Job Summary

This role is central to managing and optimizing financial and operational processes within a technical engineering environment, focusing heavily on data validation, reporting, and process improvement. The Data Analyst will be responsible for clarifying and validating data for monthly billing and calculation, controlling relevant accounting data, and managing the creation and analysis of key reporting metrics, evaluations, and presentations. A core part of the job involves building, developing, and optimizing internal and external billing and qualification processes, including creating tools for process enhancement. Candidates must possess a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field, coupled with professional experience in Change Management, Controlling, Project Management, and process improvement. Excellent proficiency in both German (B2+) and English is mandatory, along with expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
