Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Frontend Business Analyst focused on the VSPro frontend application used for personnel-operated sales within a large, complex IT landscape. Day-to-day, you will serve as the essential link between the business department and IT, conducting stakeholder interviews to gather, evaluate, and formulate functional and non-functional requirements, including critical Frontend and UX aspects. A key responsibility involves the specification, coordination, and quality assurance of interfaces between the new frontend applications and existing legacy systems, requiring expertise in data modeling, mapping, error handling, and defining fallback scenarios. You will translate these requirements into clear User Stories, manage Backlog Refinement, and document technical and functional solution concepts while ensuring alignment with architectural feasibility and operational stability. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science and must possess proven experience in requirements analysis within complex IT environments, preferably in agile settings, to successfully drive the phased migration away from legacy systems.
