Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of client systems and applications directly at the customer's location. Key daily tasks include receiving and processing customer inquiries, providing 2nd level support for client systems, iOS devices, network environments, and telecommunications components, and meticulously documenting all performed activities. The position requires a completed vocational qualification in an IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician), initial practical experience in user support, and proficiency with Office 365 and Windows 10.
