Job Summary
This role involves managing and maintaining the city administration's financial applications within the Central Services department, focusing heavily on operational stability and user support. Key responsibilities include application and database server maintenance, managing data backups, installing updates and hotfixes, and adapting programs to local requirements. The specialist acts as the crucial link between internal departments and software vendors, performing error analysis, providing support, and escalating hardware/software issues. A core function is user management (roles, rights) within the HKR (Budgetary, Cash, and Accounting) system and e-invoicing systems, alongside extensive training and consulting for central and decentralized accounting staff. The ideal candidate has a background in IT (System Integration or Computer Science degree), strong analytical skills, and professional experience in similar tasks, ensuring the financial systems run efficiently and comply with regulatory standards.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a university degree (at least Bachelor's degree) in the IT field
Experience
- Professional experience concerning the aforementioned tasks is desirable
- Experience in supporting and training end-users in financial applications
- Experience with software introductions and updates
