Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Cybersecurity Expert to significantly enhance the organization's IT resilience and security posture across its nationwide data centers, 2000+ servers, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. The core mission involves building and maturing the Information Security and IT Service Continuity (ITSCM) framework, translating complex regulatory requirements (like NIS2 and ISO 27001) into actionable, pragmatic internal policies covering areas such as Patch Management, Cloud Security, and Disaster Recovery. You will be responsible for defining security requirements for new projects and vendors, establishing governance processes, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs/KRIs) for management reporting. The role requires providing expert consultation to IT teams and business units on security and continuity matters, and driving awareness campaigns to foster a resilient security culture. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT Security or equivalent, multi-year experience in GRC, ISMS, or ITSCM, and familiarity with standards like ISO 27001, ITIL, and COBIT, ideally within complex hybrid IT environments.
