Job Summary

This role involves active participation in innovative e-Government projects, specifically focusing on the IT Service Management for the 'BayernCloud Schule' platform, which provides powerful and future-oriented applications for the Free State of Bavaria. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of customer requirements, including reviewing, processing, and implementing solutions. Key daily tasks include managing and monitoring Major Incidents, Incidents, and Requests, coordinating maintenance and fault clearance measures, and creating essential documentation, concepts, and guidelines. Candidates must possess a degree in IT or a related field, or an IT vocational qualification combined with extensive further training, along with multi-year professional experience in service management, IT technologies, and customer interaction. The position offers an unlimited contract, high work-life balance with up to 80% home office, and the potential for civil servant status for qualified candidates.
