Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Specialist to join a leading supplier of technical solutions for the vehicle industry. The core responsibilities involve maintaining and repairing complex technical production facilities, performing detailed fault analysis, and resolving issues within the production process, including robotics and PLC diagnostics. You will also be responsible for conducting inspections, documenting reports, and implementing technical improvements and optimizations. The ideal candidate will possess a completed technical education (Electronics or Mechatronics) and several years of professional experience in maintaining manufacturing plants, coupled with solid knowledge of process and procedural technology. This position requires flexibility to work within a continuous shift system (Conti-Shift: 2 early/2 late/2 night/4 off) and offers a permanent contract, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or comparable technical training with an electrical focus
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance and servicing of manufacturing plants
- Initial experience with Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal PLC and control technologies (ideally)
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to work in a continuous shift system (2 early/2 late/2 night/4 days off)
