Job Summary

This Senior Feature Owner role centers on driving the development and planning of the product and service portfolio for customized health insurance products, with a focus on digital healthcare innovation. The professional will be responsible for defining supply-specific use cases for AI services within the BARMER eCare health app, taking full end-to-end ownership for new feature development—from initial concept to successful Go-Live. Key responsibilities include defining success criteria, monitoring goal achievement, and ensuring seamless integration into the technical ecosystem. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in health sciences, product management, or a technical field like Software Engineering or Data Science, coupled with professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, preferably within Digital Health. Success in this role requires expertise in agile project management (e.g., Scrum), design-based methods (e.g., User Tests, Patient Journeys), and excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical and functional contexts.
