Job Summary

As a Full-Stack AI Engineer at BARMER, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning machine learning and generative AI models into practical, high-impact applications for the healthcare sector. Your daily responsibilities will center on backend engineering, where you will design robust APIs and orchestrate complex systems within scalable cloud environments. You will implement performant backend services, develop connectors for internal and external tools, and utilize agentic frameworks for advanced reasoning and tool usage. While the focus is on the backend, you will also maintain the flexibility to develop or adapt intuitive frontends using modern frameworks. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close work with Cloud Engineering teams to ensure system stability, security, and scalability.
