Job Summary

As a Senior Feature Owner for BARMER's eCare health app, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital healthcare in Germany. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the end-to-end development of innovative features, from initial user research and idea generation to the creation and approval of user stories. You will act as a key driver within a multidisciplinary team of product owners, designers, and developers, ensuring that new services integrate seamlessly into the technical ecosystem and telematics infrastructure (TI). A major focus of the role is monitoring legislative roadmaps and gematik specifications to proactively derive product enhancements. This position is particularly attractive due to its high degree of autonomy, the opportunity to work in a socially responsible environment with over 15,000 colleagues, and the flexibility to work from over 30 locations across Germany with significant remote work options.
