Job Summary

This role is for an HRM Systems Consultant specializing in the implementation and continuous development of new KIDICAP NextGen applications, such as the Digital Personnel File, Employee Portal, and Workflow/DMS tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently introducing, configuring, and setting up these apps, coordinating pilot and customer projects, and designing comprehensive rights and roles concepts for user authorization. The consultant acts as the primary contact for internal and external users regarding application functionality and permissions. This is a permanent, full-time position offering flexible hours and partial home office, ideal for professionals combining expertise in IT, HR management, and system integration and who are keen to actively shape product development in collaboration with the software manufacturer.
