Job Summary

This IT Service Manager role is centered on the service-oriented support and administration of the Document Management application infrastructure, operating within a BizDevOps model and utilizing Linux and Windows servers, alongside Oracle and MS-SQL databases. Daily tasks encompass server monitoring, capacity management, virtualization (VMware), and executing 2nd/3rd level incident and problem management to resolve complex system faults. The manager is also responsible for project planning in network and infrastructure areas, developing technical concepts, and ensuring robust Backup and Disaster Recovery processes. Successful candidates must have 3-5 years of professional experience in server administration and application support, coupled with a relevant IT qualification. The position offers stable, permanent employment with flexible working hours and the option for partial remote work.

Experience
