Job Summary

This critical role seeks a skilled Field Service and Installation Technician responsible for maintaining and expanding customer connectivity within communication networks. Daily duties include comprehensive case management, activating and deactivating customer connections, and installing individual lines utilizing Docsis and ONT technologies. A major focus is on troubleshooting and resolving faults in customer connections within the NE 3 and NE 4 network levels, involving both coaxial and fiber optic (LWL) systems, including participation in emergency standby duty. Candidates must possess a specialist qualification (Facharbeiter), proven experience in the communications sector, and strong technical knowledge of Docsis and PON technology.
