Service and Installation Technician | Servicetechniker Service und Montage (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role requires a skilled technician to perform field service and installation duties focused on telecommunications infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing service cases, managing the connection and disconnection of customer lines, and installing individual connections utilizing Docsis and ONT technologies. A significant part of the job involves diagnosing and resolving faults in customer connections within network levels NE 3 and NE 4, covering both coaxial and fiber optic lines, and managing emergency breakdowns. The successful candidate must possess a professional qualification, proven experience in the communication industry, and specific technical knowledge of Docsis and PON technology.
