Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled Data Analyst focused on asset insights within a leading European transmission system operator. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with Asset Management and regulatory bodies like the Federal Network Agency, performing complex data analyses sourced from various systems including SAP R3, SAP S/4 HANA, ArcGIS, and document management systems. A core function is creating detailed reports on asset data using Microsoft Power BI, which involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, performing data mappings, and independently implementing the reports. The successful candidate must possess a degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with expertise in data models, ETL tools, Oracle SQL, and practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). This position offers the chance to contribute essential data for annual reporting and international benchmark studies, requiring strong presentation skills and fluency in German.
