Job Summary

This role is for a Project Engineer specializing in the rapidly evolving field of Smart Commercial Vehicles and Digitalization within the truck manufacturing sector. The professional will actively contribute to innovation and development projects focusing on Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Electrical/Electronic (EE) interfaces. Key responsibilities include taking on sub-project leadership, driving creative solutions across technical boundaries, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration. The engineer will also oversee the commissioning of early prototypes through initial customer trials. Candidates must possess a technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Automotive Engineering) and several years of professional experience, ideally with expertise in embedded systems, cloud solutions, and data management. Fluency in both German and English is essential for effective communication with international stakeholders.
