Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing the Production Planning (Arbeitsvorbereitung) team within the Electronics Planning department in Ulm, focusing on optimizing the electronics manufacturing process and ensuring operational efficiency. The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical leadership and coordination of the team, optimizing order processing, and managing master data. Key tasks include ensuring the timely availability of operating resources, special materials, and procedural instructions, as well as coordinating and implementing production orders using SAP. Candidates must possess a background in electronics, preferably as a certified technician, coupled with strong knowledge of order processing and production planning. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, assertiveness, strong communication, and fluent proficiency in both German and English to handle complex national and international projects.
