Job Summary

HENSOLDT is seeking a proactive Data Architect to join the Digital Office's Analytics Team in Ulm or Taufkirchen. This role blends operational responsibilities with strategic development, focusing on ensuring smooth platform operations, advising business units, and designing modern, innovative data structures. The primary objective is to strategically rethink data-driven structures and evolve the data landscape towards innovation, scalability, and future-proofing. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing and maintaining the Analytics Platform using Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, SSIS, PowerBI), conceptualizing and implementing end-to-end reporting solutions, and defining how the organization captures, stores, and analyzes data to generate measurable business value. This position requires strong collaboration with IT and business teams to drive the organization's data-driven evolution and requires experience with the Microsoft BI stack and knowledge of modern data architecture concepts.
