Job Summary

This fixed-term (24 months) position as a Finance Expert in Price Audit, based in Ulm, places you at the heart of financial compliance for a leading European defense technology company. Your primary responsibility will be the preparation, leadership, and execution of complex pre- and post-calculation price audits and subsequent negotiations with public contracting authorities. A critical part of the role involves acting as the central internal expert on public pricing law, providing essential guidance to operational business units, especially during the crucial offer creation phase. You will also be responsible for reviewing offers and contracts for compliance with pricing regulations and maintaining communication with relevant government representatives. Success requires a degree in Business Administration or relevant commercial training combined with deep professional experience in controlling or commercial project and tender management. Expertise in MS Office and SAP is mandatory, and familiarity with public procurement regulations (VO PR 30/53 and LSP) is highly advantageous.
