Job Summary

This role involves being a key part of a team that delivers customized, sustainable, and efficient security technology solutions. As an Electrical Specialist, you will primarily work from home, using a company vehicle to travel to client sites such as public institutions, industrial clients, and hospitals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing service activities, maintaining and troubleshooting installed client systems, and conducting inspections according to requirements. You will also serve as an important point of contact for clients, potentially conducting system acceptances, and gathering client requests for additional services to coordinate with project and construction management. Accurate documentation of services performed and creation of service reports are also crucial. Additionally, you will support the Remote Service Center Team in digitizing remote system connections.
