Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Configuration and Change Manager to join the team supporting Airbus operations in Bremen. The professional will be responsible for executing and supporting the Change and Problem Report processes, coordinating modifications across various departments including Engineering, Production, PMO, and ILS. Key daily tasks involve creating, reviewing, and approving change requests specifically concerning Airframe and Systems Engineering, participating in internal and external Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), and managing technical documentation within the Product Data Management (PDM) system. The ideal candidate must possess a technical or IT-related degree, demonstrable experience in Configuration Management (preferably in aviation), and excellent proficiency in both German and English. Strong organizational skills, a structured work approach, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential for success in this demanding aviation environment.
