Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as an IT Specialist involves core responsibilities in system administration, database management, and automation within a dynamic environment. The specialist will focus on configuring and managing network security, specifically using Sophos XG firewalls, and maintaining SQL databases, ideally SQL Server 2016. A key part of the role includes developing and optimizing reports using List & Label, alongside creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts for IT automation. Furthermore, the specialist will administer and support Hyper-V servers (preferably Server 2016) and utilize ManageEngine solutions from MicroNova. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications, coupled with several years of experience in system administration, proficiency in the specified technologies, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
