Job Summary

This role involves performing independent incoming goods and series-accompanying inspections, specifically for hydrogen storage systems. Key responsibilities include 3D component measurement using laser scanning, conducting physical material tests (e.g., tensile, DSC, TGA), and preparing/executing burst, pressure cycle, and leak tests on hydrogen pressure tanks. A significant part of the job is performing NDT inspections on welded components, primarily visual inspections, and meticulously documenting all measurement results in a CAQ system. The position also requires approving compliant goods and quarantining defective ones, as well as developing and improving work and testing instructions.
