Job Summary
The Service Desk Analyst acts as the primary point of contact for users within the public sector IT services domain. Key responsibilities include receiving, analyzing, and ideally resolving inquiries directly (1st Level Support), ensuring high customer satisfaction by adhering to established Service Levels. This role involves actively contributing to the optimization of internal processes and documentation. Candidates should possess relevant professional training, such as in administration, office communication, or IT systems sales, coupled with experience in municipal finance, ideally utilizing SAP. Strong customer-oriented service understanding, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to handle phone inquiries are essential. Required Skills
Education
Completed professional training as an Administrative Specialist, Office Communication Specialist, IT Systems Sales Specialist, or equivalent professional qualification.
