Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Service Technician to join the Onsite Support team in Cuxhaven, starting February 1, 2026. The core responsibilities involve providing 2nd Level Support for client systems and end devices, including hands-on hardware replacement and comprehensive troubleshooting of both hardware and software issues. A significant part of the job is the installation and setup of notebooks and PCs, alongside meticulous documentation within the ticketing system. You will also be the primary point of contact for customer care and consultation. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification, proven experience in 2nd Level support, and strong knowledge of MS operating systems and Office suites. Fluency in German and good English skills are required, along with a valid driver's license.
