Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the stable operation and maintenance of production-related IT systems within an international logistics environment, focusing heavily on regulatory compliance and process optimization. Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring production and process data systems (e.g., SAFRAN / Track4), implementing and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (like GDP) through system qualifications and validations, and performing root cause analysis (CAPA) for system disturbances. The specialist will collaborate closely with production and technical departments to plan and implement changes and process improvements, identify new IT solutions for the production environment, and create necessary documentation and training materials. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT specialization or system administration with experience in production or industrial IT, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in both German and English (C1 level).
