Job Summary

This role involves taking on a central function in steering salary accounting while providing both technical and disciplinary leadership for an established team of eight employees. Day-to-day responsibilities include actively processing payroll cases, ensuring legally compliant and timely salary payments for approximately 5,100 employees, and independently managing complex accounting scenarios. The successful candidate will also drive the continuous development and harmonization of payroll processes and structures, working closely with adjacent HR areas like Time Management and Personnel Support. This position requires strong foundational knowledge in commercial practices, extensive experience in salary accounting, and expertise in labor, wage tax, and social security law.
