Job Summary

This role seeks a Development Engineer specializing in Microfluidics to design and optimize innovative microfluidic plastic components for diagnostic applications within an interdisciplinary R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and constructing complex polymer-based assemblies, applying expertise in injection molding, and driving the implementation of new technologies. Day-to-day tasks involve designing components, conceiving injection molds and production processes, conducting and statistically evaluating physical and chemical laboratory experiments, and meticulously documenting development results in English, adhering to diagnostic product standards.
