The successful candidate will lead and execute complex, end-to-end R&D projects, focusing on developing innovative dPCR-based applications. Daily tasks involve designing, performing, and optimizing advanced laboratory experiments, managing documentation, and providing scientific leadership across cross-functional teams including Product Management and customer-facing groups. This position requires a PhD in a relevant scientific field and 5–8 years of industry experience, coupled with extensive hands-on expertise in digital, quantitative, and endpoint PCR technologies.
