Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Desk Specialist who will be the first point of contact for software and hardware support queries, handling both 1st and 2nd level support. The specialist will monitor support ticket statuses, oversee company technologies and software solutions, and escalate complex issues to relevant departments. Key responsibilities also include installing, configuring, and de-installing workstation systems and peripherals, implementing project requirements, and generating service reports.
