Job Summary
As a Senior IT Support Expert, you will be a key point of contact for customer inquiries, handling them efficiently via phone and a ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support for diverse IT technologies, encompassing servers, clients, storage, networks, and firewalls. You'll be instrumental in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows clients, Windows Servers, and Linux systems, along with administering and monitoring customer systems. This role demands a structured and independent approach to problem-solving and documentation, ensuring smooth IT operations. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
Experience
- At least 3 years of support experience in a Microsoft environment
- Experience with Linux systems
- Experience in supporting MS Office 365 systems
- Professional experience in troubleshooting and fault resolution for hardware and software
