Job Summary

This role involves the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows-based workstation and server systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022). You will be responsible for rolling out new end devices, including automated provisioning using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) or Intune. A key part of the job is managing the IT Service Desk, independently handling 1st and 2nd-level support incidents and service requests. Additionally, you will support the introduction and integration of new IT systems, such as cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure) or hybrid infrastructure models. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable qualification

Experience

Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, especially in the administration of Microsoft Client-Server systems, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Power Platform
Experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Microsoft 365 services and Power Platform solutions
