Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support, acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems. The specialist will be responsible for the administration and monitoring of diverse IT technologies, including servers, clients, storage, network, and firewall systems. A key part of the role is the hands-on support and troubleshooting of Windows clients, Windows servers, Linux systems, and Microsoft Office 365 environments, ensuring smooth operation and prompt resolution of hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will possess a strong IT background, practical experience in a support role, and a structured, independent work ethic.
