Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level support, serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries handled via phone and a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks involve the administration and monitoring of diverse IT technologies, including servers, clients, storage, networking, and firewalls. A significant portion of the work focuses on supporting Windows Clients, Windows Server, and Linux systems, along with the administration of MS Office 365 environments. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT vocational training or an equivalent qualification, coupled with practical support experience in the Microsoft ecosystem and proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions.
