Job Summary
This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional eager to utilize their problem-solving skills within the IT infrastructure domain in East Westphalia. Day-to-day responsibilities include the classification, analysis, and initial resolution of IT disruptions across both hardware and software systems. You will be responsible for documenting all issues and requests accurately using a ticketing system, and escalating more complex, unresolved incidents to the 2nd-Level Support team. Successful candidates must possess a completed technical qualification, initial professional experience in IT support, and solid knowledge of client/server management.
