Job Summary

This role focuses on leveraging data and analytics to drive planning, control, and monitoring within the Digital Healthcare and Prevention division. The Data Analyst will be the primary technical contact for all evaluations and data analyses related to digital products and health campaign effectiveness, including those targeting individual health risks. Key responsibilities involve utilizing Predictive Analytics to identify patterns and generate forecasts, ensuring effective contract monitoring through KPI analysis, and developing robust Business Cases for new and existing digital offerings. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Statistics, Data Science, or Economics, coupled with at least two years of professional experience analyzing health insurance billing data. Strong proficiency in R, SQL, and Excel is mandatory, alongside proven database programming skills. Experience in eHealth and Artificial Intelligence is highly desirable, and strong German communication skills (C1 level) are required for success in this demanding, German-speaking environment.
