Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional seeking to actively contribute to the planning, implementation, and development of complex customer network infrastructures within a leading IT service provider. The specialist will primarily handle Onsite IT user support (First-Level and 1.5-Level) across two rotating client locations, managing IT disruptions, user requests, and system issues. Key responsibilities include Active Directory administration (user management, group policies), supporting Microsoft Azure tasks (device management, licensing), and executing IT rollouts, installations, moves, additions, and changes (IMAC). This position offers a modern workplace, clear processes, and a long-term perspective within a large organization supporting digital transformation across Germany, requiring strong technical skills in Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure, coupled with excellent customer orientation and flexibility.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification
Experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience in User Support or IT Rollout environments
- Experience with complex network infrastructures
