Job Summary

This role is for an IT Field Service Technician based in Stuttgart, joining a long-term infrastructure project with a leading IT service provider supporting large enterprises across Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, setup, and configuration of various IT equipment, including PCs, notebooks, and printing systems. A significant part of the job involves providing dedicated Apple & Mobility Support for iPhones and iPads (iOS configurations), alongside handling onsite and remote Break & Fix support tickets. You will also manage IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and IT Lifecycle services, ensuring meticulous documentation and coordination. The ideal candidate brings experience with complex network infrastructures, a strong technical foundation in Windows 10 and iOS, and excellent customer-facing skills, coupled with a Class B driving license and willingness to travel to different deployment locations.
