Job Summary

This critical role seeks a Lead Architect to design and implement innovative Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) architectures within the Berlin state network, directly supporting the digitalization of public administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing UCC systems based on customer needs and current technological trends, creating detailed High Level and Low Level Design documents, and ensuring robust IT security integration in collaboration with clients. The architect will also lead technical projects through their operational transition and participate in procurement processes for necessary hardware and services. The ideal candidate requires a Master's degree or equivalent, coupled with extensive professional experience and deep technical expertise in telecommunications, VoIP, SIP, and complex UCC environments (LAN, MAN, WAN).
