Job Summary

This role involves supporting the technical leadership of the IT landscape within the Signal Works department, focusing heavily on SAP modules. The Junior Specialist will be responsible for analyzing relevant processes, developing optimization measures for EDP systems, and driving the digital transformation of business processes. Key responsibilities include conducting project and concept work for management support, collecting key performance indicators (KPIs), and evolving the KPI-based control system. The ideal candidate should possess a background in IT, engineering, or logistics with a strong IT focus, coupled with experience in managing IT projects, particularly within the SAP/R3 environment. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, a pragmatic approach, and the ability to create training concepts and moderate workshops, ensuring the continuous functionality and strategic development of IT systems.
