Job Summary

This role involves supporting the digital infrastructure for DB InfraGO AG, focusing primarily on the administration and support of digital end devices like tablets, PCs, notebooks, and mobile phones. The successful candidate will be responsible for the procurement, management, and user-specific configuration of these devices, including managing user accounts and mobile contracts. Key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, performing first- and second-level IT support (troubleshooting and error resolution), and organizing training sessions for new applications and releases. A strong background in IT administration, familiarity with Office 365 environments (especially SharePoint), and excellent service orientation are essential for efficiently supporting users across various operational locations, including signal boxes.

Required Skills

Education

Vocational training in the IT field or comparable technical qualification

Experience

  • Successful completion of vocational training in the IT sector or comparable technical training
  • Relevant professional experience in IT administration (if technical training is not present)
  • Professional experience in First- and Second-Level IT Support (ideally technical operations management of mobile devices)
  • Professional experience in Active Directory user data maintenance
  • Professional experience working with ticket systems and Office 365
