Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and managing the daily operations of the Information Security Service Desk for DB InfraGO AG, acting as an internal temporary employee via DB Zeitarbeit GmbH. The coordinator will be responsible for supporting and developing internal communication interfaces, managing service desk inquiries, and creating standardized templates. Key tasks include independently processing requests, drafting Intranet articles and emails, and coordinating appointments, including initial discussions with specialist departments. The position also involves the preparation and follow-up of workshops. Candidates must possess a university degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent, coupled with substantial professional experience in operating a Service Desk with a knowledge database, and at least two years of experience in Information Security Management, Compliance, or IT Auditing. This is a temporary contract opportunity based in Frankfurt, offering a pathway into the Deutsche Bahn Group.
