Job Summary

As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be crucial in managing the product and licensing business within the Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation division. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business potential, defining regional sales strategies, and overseeing sales channels and partner programs (internal and external). You will manage market-oriented pricing, analyze business volumes across markets and competitors, and act as the competent contact person for customers and partners regarding complex energy technology products, including protection, power quality, medium voltage, automation, and licensing. Furthermore, you will organize market introduction activities for new products, ensure transparent KPI reporting, and take responsibility for achieving defined targets. Success in this role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, combined with several years of experience in technical sales or product management, ideally within the energy sector, along with fluent German and English skills.
