Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Team Lead responsible for managing and guiding the IT Service Team, focusing on delivering comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for mid-sized businesses. Key responsibilities include assuming technical leadership, managing the team's deployment planning, and ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved in compliance with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
