Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Team Lead at LargeNet GmbH, a leading IT security expert focused on protecting mid-sized companies from cyberattacks in Northern Germany. This position is offered as a 100% remote opportunity. The Team Lead will assume technical responsibility for the IT Service Team, managing deployment planning and ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include actively supporting the team in 2nd and 3rd-level support, optimizing resource allocation, and acting as the primary technical liaison for customers' operational levels. The ideal candidate must possess a background in IT (vocational training or degree), initial team leadership experience, and profound knowledge of IT security solutions. Strong organizational talent, high service orientation, and excellent communication skills are crucial for fostering team development and maintaining high operational standards.
